純(chun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料之間組(zu)(zu)(zu)成耐火質(zhi)料,如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉組(zu)(zu)(zu)成鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)氮氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)(zu)(zu)成AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純(chun)超細的氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)(zu)(zu)成Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸鈣與(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按(an)CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比例配料,組(zu)(zu)(zu)成六鋁(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨氣(qi)效(xiao)果下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資料等。
所謂(wei)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質料(liao),就是將兩種或兩種以上的天然(ran)礦(kuang)藏(zang)質料(liao)或化工(gong)質料(liao)或廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或電(dian)熔等工(gong)藝進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必定化學礦(kuang)藏(zang)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物理(li)性能的耐火(huo)質料(liao)。
