純化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao),如用工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁與鈦白粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)鈦酸鋁;鋁粉(fen)(fen)與氮氣化(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)鋁);工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁與高純超細(xi)的氮化(hua)(hua)鋁粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆);用輕質(zhi)碳酸鈣與工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁,按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計(ji)量比例配料(liao)(liao)(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁酸鈣;用鈦白粉(fen)(fen)和金屬(shu)鋁粉(fen)(fen)在流動氨(an)氣效果下,原(yuan)位生(sheng)成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)(liao)等。
所謂組(zu)(zu)成耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是將(jiang)兩種或兩種以上的天然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料(liao)或化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄(qi)物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成型,煅燒或電(dian)熔等工(gong)藝(yi)進程,合(he)成鎂鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必定化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組(zu)(zu)成和物理性能(neng)的耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。
