純化工(gong)(gong)質料之間組成(cheng)耐火質料,如用工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦白粉(fen)組成(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮(dan)氣(qi)化合組成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超細的氮(dan)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組成(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆);用輕質碳酸鈣與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化學(xue)計量比例配料,組成(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用鈦白粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣(qi)效(xiao)果下,原位(wei)生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資料等(deng)。
所謂組成耐(nai)火質料,就是將(jiang)兩種(zhong)或兩種(zhong)以上的天然(ran)礦(kuang)(kuang)藏質料或化工(gong)質料或廢棄物(wu),通過配料、粉碎,磨(mo)細,混合,成型(xing),煅燒(shao)或電熔等工(gong)藝進程,合成鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必定化學礦(kuang)(kuang)藏組成和物(wu)理性能的耐(nai)火質料。
