所謂組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料,就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)以上(shang)的(de)天(tian)然(ran)礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)廢(fei)棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合(he),成(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或(huo)電(dian)熔等(deng)工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制(zhi)取(qu)必(bi)定化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)和物理性能(neng)的(de)耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料。組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料的(de)品種(zhong)繁復(fu),組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣,大體簡略介(jie)紹:
純化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)質料(liao)之(zhi)間組成(cheng)耐火(huo)質料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)(tai)白粉組成(cheng)鈦(tai)(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)合(he)組成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高(gao)純超細(xi)的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉組成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質碳(tan)酸鈣(gai)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計量比例配(pei)料(liao),組成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣(gai);用(yong)鈦(tai)(tai)白粉和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨(an)氣效(xiao)果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資(zi)料(liao)等。
所謂組成耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是(shi)將兩種或兩種以上(shang)的天(tian)然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)或化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成型,煅燒(shao)或電熔(rong)等工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合成鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂制取必定化(hua)學礦藏組成和物理性能的耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。
