純化(hua)(hua)工質(zhi)料之間組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料,如(ru)用工業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦白(bai)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高(gao)純超細(xi)的(de)氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕質(zhi)碳酸鈣與(yu)(yu)工業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)學計量比(bi)例配(pei)料,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用鈦白(bai)粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉在流動(dong)氨氣效果(guo)下(xia),原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。
所謂組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是將(jiang)兩種或(huo)兩種以上的天(tian)然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢(fei)棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混(hun)合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂制(zhi)取必定(ding)化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
