純(chun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)之間(jian)組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與鈦白(bai)粉(fen)組成(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與氮氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與高純(chun)超細的氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組成(cheng)Alon(阿隆(long));用(yong)輕(qing)質(zhi)碳(tan)酸鈣與工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比例配(pei)料(liao),組成(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨(an)氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等(deng)。
