所謂(wei)組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是將(jiang)兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的天(tian)然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢棄物(wu)(wu),通過(guo)配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或(huo)電(dian)熔等工(gong)(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)(wu)理性能的耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)的品種(zhong)繁復,組成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多(duo)種(zhong)多(duo)樣,大體簡略介紹:
純(chun)化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料之間(jian)組成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料,如(ru)用(yong)工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與鈦(tai)白(bai)粉組成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉與氮(dan)氣化(hua)合組成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與高(gao)純(chun)超細的氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉組成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕(qing)質(zhi)碳酸(suan)(suan)鈣與工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)學計量(liang)比例配料,組成(cheng)(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉在(zai)流(liu)動氨氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資料等。
所謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料,就是將(jiang)兩種或(huo)兩種以上的天然(ran)礦藏質(zhi)料或(huo)化工質(zhi)料或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進(jin)程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取(qu)必定化學礦藏組成(cheng)和物(wu)理性(xing)能的耐火質(zhi)料。
