所謂組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料,就是將兩種(zhong)或兩種(zhong)以上的(de)天然(ran)礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)(zhi)料或化(hua)工質(zhi)(zhi)料或廢棄物(wu),通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或電熔等(deng)工藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必定化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和物(wu)理性能的(de)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料。組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料的(de)品種(zhong)繁(fan)復,組成(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣(yang),大體簡略介(jie)紹:
純化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料之間(jian)組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質料,如用工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)組成(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超(chao)細的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕質碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按(an)CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學計(ji)量比(bi)例配(pei)料,組成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用鈦(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣效果(guo)下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資料等。
所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)火質料,就是將兩種或(huo)(huo)(huo)兩種以上的天然礦藏質料或(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)工質料或(huo)(huo)(huo)廢棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)(huo)(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學(xue)礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和(he)物理性能的耐(nai)火質料。
